The first partner endpoints, kept for existing integrations. New integrations should use API keys with the restaurant endpoints.

GET/app/configNo sign-in

App start-up check

Call it when the app opens. Says whether this version is current, still allowed (`update_required: true` means the app must send people to `store_url`), whether Revotab is in maintenance, and which sign-ins are open. Set in HQ > Settings > Mobile. Every other request may also send `X-App-Name` (`team` or `guest`), `X-App-Platform` and `X-App-Version`: a version below the minimum then answers `426 update_required`.
