RevoTab

Terms of service

Last updated Thursday, 5 November 2026

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms are the agreement between your business and AviaTravel OÜ (registry code 17586406, VAT number EE103022901), Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, a company registered in Estonia ("Revotab", "we", "us"), for the use of Revotab. By creating an account or using Revotab, you accept them on behalf of your business.

Part A is for restaurants and other businesses that use Revotab. Part B is for guests who book, order or buy through a restaurant's Revotab page. Schedule 1 is our data processing agreement.

Part A: for businesses using Revotab

1. The service

Revotab is online software for restaurants, cafés, bars and similar venues: online bookings, a floor plan and service view, a guest book, deposits, waitlists, reminders, reviews, email campaigns, gift vouchers, takeaway orders, loyalty cards and reports. What is included in each plan is shown on our pricing page.

Revotab is for business use. You confirm that you use it for your business and that you may accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

  • Give us correct details and keep them up to date, including your business name, address and VAT number.
  • Keep sign-ins safe. Each person should have their own login: you can add your team from the Team page and choose what each of them can do.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial of 14 days. No card is needed to start. If you add a card during the trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we email you before the first charge with the exact amount. If you do not choose a plan, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly, in advance, per venue. The price, the number of venues and the date of the next charge are shown on the Plan & billing page before you pay and before every renewal.
  • Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies. If your business has a valid EU VAT number outside Estonia, the reverse-charge rules apply.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of text messages, shown on the pricing page. Emails to your guests are included.
  • If a payment fails, we try again and email you. If it stays unpaid, your plan ends and the account is limited to Plan & billing until you pay. Your data is kept.
  • We may change our prices. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
  • Invoices are available in Revotab, and are issued by AviaTravel OÜ.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing. You are not charged again, and your account keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. Refunds are explained in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Payments from your guests

When you turn on deposits, gift vouchers or online takeaway orders, your guests pay through Revotab.

  • We collect these payments on your behalf, as your payment collection agent. When a guest pays Revotab, it counts as payment to you. The contract for the meal, voucher or order is between you and your guest.
  • Payouts. Once a month, we transfer the guest payments collected for your venue in the previous month to the bank account you give us, minus refunds made in that month and the card processing fees our payment provider charged for those payments. Each payout comes with a statement of the payments it covers. We aim to pay by the 10th working day of the month.
  • Your rules. You set your deposit amounts and your cancellation deadline in Revotab, and guests see them before they pay. Deposits are refunded automatically when a guest cancels in time or when you cancel the booking. If you want to refund a guest in another case, cancel the booking in Revotab (which refunds the deposit) or ask us and we will make the refund for you. Gift vouchers can be refunded from the Vouchers page.
  • Disputes. If a guest disputes a payment with their bank (a chargeback) and the bank decides in the guest's favour, the amount and the bank's fee are deducted from your next payout. We give you the details and help you answer the dispute.
  • Your venue's name appears on the guest's card statement.

7. Your content and your guests' data

  • Everything you and your guests put into Revotab (bookings, guest details, menus, photos, texts) stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to run Revotab for you.
  • For your guests' personal data, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing terms are in Schedule 1 below and are part of these terms.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your guest data, for telling your guests how you use it (your own privacy notice), and for sending marketing emails only to guests who agreed to receive them. Revotab helps: it asks guests for marketing consent at booking and adds an unsubscribe link to every campaign.
  • You can export your guest list from Revotab at any time, and ask us for a copy of the rest of your data.

8. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • use Revotab for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading messages;
  • upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is offensive or harmful;
  • try to break into Revotab, test its security without our written permission, overload it, or get around its limits;
  • copy, resell or rebuild Revotab, or let people outside your business use your account, without our written permission.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep Revotab running at all times and to fix problems quickly. Sometimes we need short maintenance windows; we keep them short and, where we can, outside busy restaurant hours. We do not promise that Revotab will never be interrupted.

Help is available in our help centre and by writing to support.

10. Changes to Revotab

We keep improving Revotab, and features may change. If we remove a feature that is an important part of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before, and you may cancel and get back what you paid for the rest of that month.

11. Ownership

Revotab, its design, code and brand belong to us. These terms give your business the right to use Revotab while your plan is active. They do not give you ownership of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

12. Responsibility and liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost bookings or lost data that you could have exported, and we are not responsible for guests who do not show up, or for what your guests or your staff do.
  • Otherwise, our total liability to your business in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.
  • You are responsible for claims against us that arise from your content, your guest data or the way you use Revotab in breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and ending the agreement

  • You can end the agreement at any time by cancelling your plan or closing your account in Revotab.
  • We may suspend or close an account, after warning you where we can, if fees remain unpaid, if these terms are seriously broken, or if it is needed to protect Revotab, its users or guests.
  • When an account is closed, you can still change your mind or export your data for 30 days. After that, your guests' personal data is erased. We keep invoices and accounting records for as long as the law requires.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters for your business, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then. Smaller changes, such as clearer wording, take effect when we publish them.

15. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless the law gives you the right to go to another court.

Part B: for guests

When you book a table, pay a deposit, buy a gift voucher or order takeaway through a restaurant's Revotab page:

  • Your agreement is with the restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for your booking, your meal, your voucher and your order. Revotab provides the booking and payment system the restaurant uses.
  • Payments. We take the payment on the restaurant's behalf. The restaurant's name appears on your card statement.
  • Deposits and cancelling. The restaurant sets its deposit and its free-cancellation deadline, and you see both before you pay. Cancel online before the deadline, or if the restaurant cancels, and your deposit is refunded automatically. If you do not show up, or cancel after the deadline, the restaurant keeps the deposit; when you dine, it is taken off your bill. Full details are in our refund policy.
  • Reviews. Reviews must be about a real visit and must be honest. Do not include personal details about others, insults or advertising. The restaurant can reply to reviews; we may remove reviews that break these rules.
  • Your data. The restaurant receives your booking details to serve you. See our privacy policy.
  • Your rights. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Schedule 1: Data processing terms

This schedule is the data processing agreement under Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) between your business (the controller) and Revotab (the processor). It applies to the personal data of your guests and staff that Revotab processes for you.

  1. Subject and duration. We process personal data to provide Revotab to you, for as long as your account is open and until the data is erased as described in section 13 of Part A.
  2. Nature and purpose. Storing and showing bookings and guest records; sending booking confirmations, reminders, review requests and the campaigns you choose to send; taking deposits and payments; producing reports; and providing support.
  3. Kinds of data. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, booking and order details, visit history, preferences and notes such as allergies or occasions, marketing consent, reviews, voucher and loyalty records, and payment references. We never receive full card numbers.
  4. People concerned. Your guests and customers, and your staff who use Revotab.
  5. Instructions. We process the data only on your documented instructions: these terms and the settings you choose in Revotab. If we think an instruction breaks data protection law, we tell you.
  6. Confidentiality. Everyone at Revotab who can access the data is bound to keep it confidential.
  7. Security. We protect the data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted backups, encryption of sensitive fields, two-factor sign-in for our staff, access limited to those who need it, and records of security events.
  8. Sub-processors. You allow us to use the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy. Each of them is bound by data protection terms that give at least the same protection as this schedule. We tell you at least 30 days before we add or replace a sub-processor, and you may object; if we cannot resolve your objection, you may end the agreement and get back what you paid for the rest of that month.
  9. Transfers. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
  10. Helping you. We help you answer requests from people exercising their rights (Revotab lets you find, export, correct and delete a guest's record), and with security, data protection impact assessments and consultations with authorities, as far as they concern Revotab.
  11. Breaches. We tell you without undue delay after we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with the information you need to meet your own obligations.
  12. End of the service. When the agreement ends, we erase your guests' personal data after the 30-day period in section 13 of Part A, and our backups delete it within 14 days after that, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  13. Audits. We give you the information you need to show that this schedule is followed. Audits are agreed in advance, at reasonable times and with confidentiality, at your cost, no more than once a year unless a data protection authority requires more.
