About Revotab

Revotab is the reservation and guest system for independent restaurants, cafés, tavernas and bars. We built it for the people who run the room: the owner who answers the phone between courses, the host who juggles walk-ins on a Friday night, the manager who wants to know which guests keep coming back.

What we believe

A booking is the start of a relationship, not a transaction. Every reservation should leave you knowing your guest a little better, so the next visit is a little better too.

Your guests are yours. Revotab never sends your diners to other restaurants, never lists your tables in a marketplace and never charges a fee per cover. You pay one flat monthly price per venue, and that is it.

Service comes first. Everything on the host stand works with one hand, on a touch screen, in the middle of a rush.

What Revotab does

• Online bookings on your own website, Instagram, Google and a booking page of your own
• A live floor plan and service view for the host stand
• A guest book that remembers allergies, occasions and favourite tables
• Deposits for large tables, a fair waitlist and automatic reminders that cut no-shows
• Reviews, email campaigns, gift vouchers, click & collect and loyalty stamp cards
• Insights that show covers, no-shows and where your bookings come from

It all runs in English and Greek, on any computer, tablet or phone.
