Get bookings from Google Maps and Instagram
Many guests find a restaurant on Google Maps or Instagram. Put your own booking link there, and the table is a few taps away.

When a guest searches "restaurant near me" or scrolls a friend's story, the next step should be one tap: book. Both Google and Instagram let you add your own booking link, and setting it up takes a few minutes.
Google Business Profile
Your Google Business Profile is the card that appears in Google Search and Maps.
- Sign in to your Business Profile on Google (search for your restaurant while signed in, or open the Business Profile manager).
- Edit your profile and look for the bookings or reservations link. Google's menus change from time to time; it sits with your contact details and website link.
- Paste your own booking link, the one from Revotab (Settings › Widget › Link & QR code).
- Save. It can take a short while to appear.
Keep your opening hours and photos up to date at the same time. A profile that looks cared for gets more clicks.
- Link in bio: edit your profile, add your booking link to the links section, and label it "Book a table".
- Action button: business profiles can add a button such as "Reserve" or "Book" that opens a link. Choose your booking link.
- Stories: add the link sticker to stories about a new dish, a special night or free tables tonight.
On your Facebook page, set the main button to "Book now" or "Contact" with your booking link.
Why your own link, not a marketplace's
A booking through your own link costs you nothing extra, and the guest lands in your own guest book. Next time, you can invite them back directly.
Make the most of it
- Use the same link everywhere, so you can see which channel brings bookings.
- Post on quieter days: "Tables free tonight", with the link.
- Print the QR code for your window, so passers-by can book for later.
