Reminders and feedback requests
Fewer no-shows with a reminder before the visit, and a short feedback request after.

Both are set in Settings & widget > Booking rules:
- Reminder: how many hours before the booking the guest gets a reminder. Set it to 0 to switch it off.
- Feedback request: how many hours after the meal the guest is asked how it went. Answers appear in Reviews.
