Ask a deposit for larger tables
Protect your busiest nights: guests pay a deposit per person when they book a larger table.

Deposits are set per service, so you can ask for one on Saturday dinner and not at lunch.
- Open Services & hours and edit the service.
- Switch on the deposit, choose from what party size it applies, and the amount per person.
- Save.
Guests booking a table of that size pay online to confirm it. Deposits are part of some plans; if the switch is locked, see Plan & billing.
What guests see on their card statement
Set a short, recognisable name in Settings & widget > Restaurant, under Name on guests' card statements.
